I remember my first patient. I remember being a student straight out of college and getting my first chiropractic patient. And I was nervous as hell.
It was my first pediatric patient.
In fact, it was my daughter when she was born and I waited eight hours to take care of her. I had nonstop anxiety built up in me. It made me want to puke.
I didn’t know what the hell I was doing, which is not okay.
I don’t want that for anybody. I don’t want them to have anxiety. I don’t want them to feel not confident. I don’t want them to have a lack of clarity. I don’t want them to have lack of conviction in what they do.
If you don’t have confidence and clarity in what you’re doing, you’ll never be able to do what you set out to do because your anxiety will kill you and crush you like it’s done to me. I don’t want that for anybody. I don’t want that for you. I don’t want that for anyone out there.
If you get ahead of your emotions, if you have confidence in what you’re doing, you have clarity, you have certainty, your anxiety dies and that’s why I’m building you up the best I can.
